IPM: iniezione diretta con camera calda (distributore).
Tutti i componenti degli ugelli sono totalmente intercambiabili. In questo modo il rapporto Qualità Prezzo e Costi di manutenzione raggiunge il suo apice.
Il mantenimento della temperatura di fusione viene ottenuto tramite l’uso di una resistenza cilindrica interna a 24V (possibile a 240V per applicazioni speciali). Le resistenze 24 Volt possono essere fornite di termocoppia. Gli iniettori IPM – A possono essere forniti con più punte di iniezione.
Nel caso di:
- uso di materiali caricati (esempio: fibre di vetro) possono essere forniti con un rivestimento al titanio
- materiali tipo PVC e Fluoropolimeri gli ugelli possono essere realizzati in leghe speciali

- si consiglia di consultare il nostro Ufficio Tecnico per una corretta definizione di foro di iniezione e diametro puntina oltre a quanto da noi indicato nel disegno sottostante è possibile applicare dimensioni speciali
